About This Treatment

Treatment focused on the cause, not just the symptom

Remedial massage is a hands-on treatment that focuses on specific areas of tightness, discomfort or restricted movement. Your therapist will ask about your concerns and use techniques such as deep tissue work and trigger point therapy to address the areas that need it most.

It suits people dealing with everyday aches from desk work, physical jobs, sport or general wear and tear.
What To Expect

Your session, step by step

Your session is built around your body and your goals, not a set routine.
01

Talk it through

Tell your therapist where you are sore, what makes it worse, and what you want to get out of the session.
02

Targeted treatment

Your therapist focuses on the problem areas, adjusting pressure and technique as they go.
03

Simple aftercare

Before you leave, your therapist can suggest simple ways to keep feeling the benefit at home.
Who It Suits

Active bodies

Sport, gym and physical work that leave muscles tight or slow to recover.

Recurring aches
